Sunshine Two‑Ingredient Lemon Bars

Ingredients (makes approximately 16 bars in a 9×13″ pan)
1 box (16 oz) angel food cake mix
1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13″ baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, gently fold the angel food cake mix into the lemon pie filling until the mixture is evenly combined and just slightly foamy. Avoid overmixing to preserve a light, airy texture.
Bake
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
Cool & Set
Let the bars cool completely in the pan. For best slicing results, chill them—first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator—for several hours or overnight.
Serve
Cut into 16 squares and serve chilled. You may choose to dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving for a refined finish.
