Strawberry White Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies


Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until fully blended and a dough forms.
Mixing Time: 3 minutes
Gently fold in white chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon until evenly distributed.
Folding Time: 1 minute
Scoop out dough using a tablespoon or cookie scoop and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
