Ingredients

For the Steak & Marinade:

  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak or sirloin, sliced into thin strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
