SPICY BAKED MOSTACCIOLI

Ingredients:
12 oz mostaccioli pasta
1 lb spicy Italian sausage, crumbled
1 jar (24 oz) spicy marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook spicy Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in spicy marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In the prepared baking dish, layer half the pasta, half the sausage sauce, and half the mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
Repeat layers, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
