Ingredients:
1 (5–7 lb) bone-in or boneless turkey breast
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
Instructions:
Prepare the Turkey Breast: Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub it all over with olive oil or melted butter.
Season the Turkey: In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme or rosemary. Rub the seasoning evenly over the turkey breast.
Set Up the Slow Cooker: Pour the chicken or turkey broth into the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker, skin-side up if using bone-in.
Cook the Turkey: Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Broil for Crispy Skin: For crispier skin, transfer the turkey to a baking sheet and broil for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Let the turkey rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
