Instructions

1. Make the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and smooth. Add ham, bell pepper, green onions, and parsley. Mix well until evenly combined.

2. Assemble the Pinwheels:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about ¼ of the filling evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

3. Roll It Up:

Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

4. Chill and Slice:

Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. Then, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.

5. Serve:

Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve chilled with ranch, marinara, or honey mustard dipping sauce.
