Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside to rest.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.
6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, then add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
7. Slice the cooked chicken into thick pieces and arrange over the pasta.
8. Spoon a little extra sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
