Directions:
1. Lightly grease a bundt or jelly mold with a little oil. Arrange the prepared fruits evenly at the bottom.
2. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in hot water, stirring until fully dissolved.
3. In a saucepan, warm the orange juice with sugar if using, then stir in the dissolved gelatin mixture until combined.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly before carefully pouring it over the fruit in the mold.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
6. To unmold, dip the base of the mold briefly in warm water and invert onto a serving plate.
7. Slice and serve chilled.
