CROCKPOT CHRISTMAS CRACK

Instructions

1. In a large slow cooker, layer all the ingredients in this order: salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and finally the chunks of white almond bark on top. Do not stir yet.
2. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
3. Once the chocolate has melted, stir everything together until the peanuts are evenly coated in the creamy chocolate mixture.
4. Line several baking sheets or your countertop with parchment or wax paper.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the paper, making small clusters.
6. If desired, add festive sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
7. Allow the clusters to cool and harden at room temperature for 1–2 hours or speed up the process by refrigerating them for about 30 minutes.
8. Once set, store the Christmas Crack in airtight containers at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
