Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish.
2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper for 2–3 minutes until just pink. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for 1 more minute to form a roux.
5. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted into the sauce.
7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, then transfer to the baking dish. Top with shrimp and the remaining cheese.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
