Cheesy Ham and Cracker Stacks

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the Filling:
    In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheese until creamy and well combined.

  3. Assemble the Stacks:
    Place half of the crackers on the baking sheet. Spread a small spoonful of the cheese mixture on each. Add a piece of ham on top, then another layer of the cheese mixture. Cap each with another cracker to create a sandwich-style stack.

  4. Add Seasoning:
    Sprinkle the tops with Italian seasoning and a bit of extra black pepper.

  5. Bake:
    Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden and crisp.

  6. Serve:
    Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with rosemary or parsley for a fresh, savory touch.
