Broccoli Cheddar Salad

Instructions

1. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, red onion, sunflower seeds, and turkey bacon bits.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
6. Before serving, toss once more and top with a sprinkle of extra cheese and bacon bits for presentation.
