Mini Loaf Cakes

These adorable mini loaf cakes are perfectly portioned, golden-brown treats that are ideal for gift-giving, bake sales, or portion control. Ingredients

For the Cakes:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

For Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing
