Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granola or crushed cookies
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Quickly chop fresh strawberries into small pieces. If desired, lightly mash half of them with a fork for extra juice.
- Sweeten: In a small bowl, mix chopped strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Let sit for 1 minute to release natural juices.
